Amharc ar fhreagraAs the Deputy will be aware, officials of my Department have been involved in lengthy negotiations with the Medical Defence Union in an effort to resolve a disagreement over the financing of claims which arise from events which predate the establishment of the clinical indemnity scheme. These are continuing. It would be inappropriate for me to comment on any individual case or group of cases.
