1115 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda will urgently intervene in an issue (details supplied) in the Dublin 3 area; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22290/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraI have been informed by the Garda authorities that they are aware of the problems being experienced by local residents in the vicinity of a premises in the Dublin 3 area. I am also informed that the local community garda has met the management of the club and the local residents' association to reach a satisfactory solution to the problems. I have been assured by local Garda management that regular Garda patrols have been instructed to give the area ongoing attention with a view to identifying the offenders and ensuring a concentrated and visible Garda presence.
