Amharc ar fhreagraI refer to my reply to Question No. 491 of 15 June 2004 concerning this case in which I stated, inter alia, that I expect the case file to be submitted to me for consideration shortly. Further representations have been received on behalf of the person concerned and a decision will be made having regard to the factors specified in section 3(6) of the Immigration Act 1999, as amended, and to the prohibition of refoulement contained in section 5 of the Refugee Act 1996, as amended. The person concerned will be informed of my decision in due course.
