313 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the action she is proposing in order to compensate women damaged by a person (details supplied), the vast majority of whose cases are now statute barred. [25674/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am aware that one of the claims referred to by the Deputy was found to be statute barred by the Supreme Court. However, I have been given no information on the implications of the Supreme Court decision in this case, or any other cases. In the absence of this information, I am not in a position to make any further statement on the matter at this stage.
