423 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the position regarding a funding application by a group (details supplied) in County Mayo; if the application has been approved; and the funding they will receive. [25466/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department received an application for funding from the group in question under the 2004 programme of grants for locally based community and voluntary organisations. Assessment of the large number of applications received under this scheme is nearing completion and all applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application shortly.
