237 Mr. J. O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if a work permit will be issued to a company in respect of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26078/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraA work permit application was received on 12 July 2004 for the above named individual. On 13 October 2004, the applicant was informed in writing of the decision to refuse this application. The applicant was also advised of his right to appeal this decision and I am informed that no such appeal has been received to date.
