194 Mr. McHugh asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children her views on the creation of a two-tiered health service for persons with disabilities due to the fact that some persons with disabilities receive their service from staff funded by health boards while others are dependent upon service provided by community employment; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am aware of the staffing difficulties referred to by the Deputy. They are being given consideration as part of the discussions on the Estimates and the budget for 2005 between my Department and the Department of Finance.
