Amharc ar fhreagraThe planning, design and implementation of national road improvement projects is a matter for the National Roads Authority, NRA, and the relevant local authority. I understand that an extensive programme of engineering measures is funded by the NRA to improve road safety and deal with accident black spots on national roads.
