Ceist:71 Mr. Pattison asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda has concluded its investigations, initiated as a result of a complaint made by the Secretary General of his Department, into the alleged leaking of a draft copy of the Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Dean Lyons case; if a file has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
