27 Mr. Sherlock asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the discussions he has had with the chairman of the Mahon Tribunal regarding legal fees for lawyers at the tribunal; the reason the reduced scale of fees did not come into operation on 31 March 2007 as planned; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
