288 Deputy Mary O’Rourke asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will review the case of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3922/08]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned was granted business permission for an initial period of 12 months, valid until 12 March 2008. This permission is subject to review at the end of this 12 month period. The person in question must apply for renewal of business permission four weeks prior to the expiry of the period of permission granted. Renewal will be subject inter alia to evidence of business activity and viability.
