562 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 408 to 410, inclusive, of 8 April 2008, the number of family members of these refugees who were subsequently allowed to join them in the State through family reunification procedures. Amharc ar fhreagraI am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that it is not possible to provide the statistical information requested as it would require an inordinate amount of research and staff time to do so and this cannot be justified in current circumstances where there are other significant demands on the resources in the Family Reunification area.
