Ceist:136 Deputy Rory O’Hanlon asked the Minister for Health and Children the new reciprocal arrangements which will be put in place to facilitate Irish persons visiting Jersey, Guernsey and, after 1 January 2010, the Isle of Man and for citizens of those Crown dependencies visiting here in view of the fact that citizens of the three islands will no longer be automatically entitled to treatment under the National Health Service; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
