128 Deputy Terence Flanagan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the expenditure by the National Property Services Regulatory Authority from its inception to date in 2010; the budget for 2010; the work carried out by this authority since 2004 on a day-to-day basis; the number of staff employed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. With regard to the information requested concerning the Authority's 2010 budget and its expenditure in earlier years I wish to refer the Deputy to the Abridged Estimates Volume for Public Services 2010 and the Revised Estimates for Public Services for each of the years concerned.
