178 Deputy Paul Connaughton asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the reason a person (details supplied) in County Galway has a deteriorating level of service under the national broadband scheme; if there are proposals to boost the service in this area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
