Ceist:139 Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 257 and 259 of 2 March 2010, if the Intergovernmental Agreement on Police Co-operation will have to be confirmed with the Northern Ireland Assembly in the post-devolution context; and if he will consider using that as an opportunity to apply the agreement to ranks lower than inspector.
