221 Deputy Jan O’Sullivan asked the Minister for Finance when former workers of a company (details supplied) in County Limerick that have yet to be paid the Labour Court recommendation for an additional three weeks redundancy pay despite the approval of the Rights Commissioner will be paid; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
