340 Deputy Mary Alexandra White asked the Minister for Health and Children the action she and the Health Service Executive are taking to address the situation in which outpatients are waiting three years and longer for appointments to see orthopaedic consultants at Waterford General Hospital; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
