412 Deputy Seán Connick asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the amount of outstanding applications for asylum outstanding on 1 March 2008; the average processing time for an application for asylum on that date; the current amount of outstanding applications for asylum; and the current processing time for an application; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
