202 Deputy Catherine Byrne asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding a building (details supplied) in Dublin 20; when it will be legally transferred to the Health Service Executive; if it can be used for the benefit of the local community as a community or enterprise centre; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Arrangements to transfer the property to the Health Service Executive are nearing completion. As the Commissioners of Public Works have given an undertaking to transfer the property to the HSE, it would not be appropriate to agree to any other uses.
