Amharc ar fhreagraApplications to the Scheme for the Allocation of Milk Quota to New Entrants, that satisfied the eligibility criteria as set out in the detailed rules of the Scheme, were submitted to an independent panel for a detailed assessment. This panel was established to select those applications they considered to provide evidence of a viable and sustainable enterprise. The panel was not convinced that this particular application met this criterion.
