228 Deputy John O’Mahony asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive their disadvantaged area aid payment and their single farm payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [44556/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2010 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 29 April 2010. There were a number of land parcels declared on his application that were deemed to be over-claimed. The herd-owner was written to in this regard and he has accepted the revised areas, on foot of which, his application has been fully processed with payments due under both Schemes scheduled to issue shortly.
