Under the Terms and Conditions of the Suckler Welfare Scheme, applicants undertake to implement, for the full term of the Scheme, specific measures on all eligible suckler cows and the calves they are suckling, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Applicants are also required to record all details of each measure on the Departments Database through the Animals Event System. The person named has not submitted any information relating to the measures carried out in his suckler herd for 2008, 2009 and 2010, and is, therefore, not eligible for payment under the Suckler Welfare Scheme.

Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2010 Single Payment Scheme and Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 17 May 2010. Payments under the 2010 Single Payment Scheme and Disadvantaged Areas Scheme have commenced nationally on 18 October 2010 and 21 September 2010 respectively. The person named submitted an application with 12 land parcels, 5 of which required re-digitisation. My Department has now completed this re-digitisation process. Payments to the person named were made under the Single Payment Scheme on 18 October 2010, 1 December 2010 and a final balancing payment was issued on 14 December 2010. An advance payment under the Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was made on 21 September 2010 and the final payment was made on 22 December 2010.
