Amharc ar fhreagraSection 59 of the Health Act 1970, as amended by the Health (Amendment) (No.2) Act 2010, provides for a charge of 50 cent per item supplied to medical cardholders by community pharmacists. The charges are subject to a cap of €10 per month for each person or family.
