202 Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Justice and Equality when the Criminal Law Defence and Dwelling Bill 2010, which was published in July 2010, will be enacted by him; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25397/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Criminal Law (Defence and the Dwelling) Bill 2010 was restored to the Order Paper in March to be proceeded with at Committee Stage in Dáil Éireann. As the Deputy will appreciate, it is not possible for me to give a definitive date for when the Bill will be enacted as this will depend on its progress through both Houses of the Oireachtas.
