204 Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Justice and Equality his views on the need to develop a strategy for the monitoring of the sale of scrap metal to ensure that only legitimate products are traded and to reduce the theft of metal from farmyards, businesses, private properties and so on; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
