256 Deputy Marcella Corcoran Kennedy asked the Minister for Health if he will provide a detailed breakdown of all retired Health Service Executive personnel on full pensions who are now in consultancy contracts with the HSE or his Department in all sections and in each county in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Health Service Executive has advised that, as at 25 July 2011, there were five retired HSE personnel on pensions who were in consultancy contracts as follows:
