143 Deputy Patrick O’Donovan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the timeframe, if any, that exists for decisions to be made by An Bord Pleanála in respect of deliberations into the planning and route selection of new roads being commissioned by the National Roads Authority; his views on whether An Bord Pleanála should make decisions within timeframes set out by statute to give certainty to applicants and those making observations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
