1113 Deputy John O’Mahony asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding a person (details supplied) in County Mayo who has not received their single farm payment for 2010 and 2011 and when these payments will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraApplications under the 2010 and 2011 Single Payment/Disadvantaged Areas Schemes were received from the person named on 14 May 2010 and 16 May 2011 respectively. On completion of processing, full payment issued to the person named for the Disadvantaged Areas Scheme 2010 and 2011 on 24 February 2011 and 21 September 2011 respectively.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 28 1(a) of Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, the person named is not eligible for payment under the Single Payment Scheme as the total payment due to the applicant is less than the minimum payment of €100.
