625 Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when payment will be granted for forestry payment in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19918/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe 2012 forestry premium payment cannot be made as the applicant was notified by my Department, on Friday 13th April 2012, of an over-payment on the above contract due to a mapping error. As a result of this error, the area on which the applicant is entitled to be paid has been reduced. No further payments can be made until the debt is repaid.
