Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department instructed the applicant on 2 November 2011 to make arrangements for public consultation on this application and provided detailed guidance on the procedures to be followed. To date the applicant has not complied fully with these obligations. A reminder has issued advising the applicant that the application process cannot progress until the public consultation obligations have been fulfilled.
