Ceist:516 Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Health if the attention of the Health Service Executive has been drawn to the allegations of abuse in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Louth who suffered while in the care of the State; if an investigation has been carried out in relation to these allegations; and if he is satisfied that the person is currently receiving the level of treatment including counselling that they require.
