227 Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Finance the number of retired public servants who have been re-hired in his Department during the period of April 2011 to April 2012; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25243/12]

The Appropriation Accounts are available online at www.audgen.gov.ie. The 2011 Appropriation Accounts have not yet been finalised by the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General. During the period January 2012 to date, no retired public servant has been re-hired in my Department.
