211 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Health if information regarding household income for the current year will be taken into consideration regarding a pending appeal for a medical card in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; if extra consideration will be given to the fact that the person is a transplant patient and will be on medication for life; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
