Ceist:263 Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform his views on the vetoing by his Department of the terms of a settlement successfully brokered by the Labour Relations Commission between staff and management at the National Museums of Ireland compensating low paid staff for rostering changes; if there are any precedents of compensatory arrangements honoured by employers in the civil and public service which fall outside the terms of the Croke Park agreement.
