The matter referred to by the Deputy is the subject of a Government decision regarding the Public Sector Reform Plan, which was published in November 2011. The 'details supplied' format of the Question precludes me, however, from providing a more comprehensive reply, I will of course, be pleased to provide the Deputy with further information on this matter if he requests it using a less restrictive format.
