Ceist:

630 Deputy Maureen O’Sullivan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will make funding available to Dublin City Council to commence and complete the work necessary for those homes seriously affected by pyrite; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Funding may be available under the Social Housing Investment Programme to fund major refurbishment works to dwellings with serious structural defects including problems arising from pyrite. My Department is currently assisting Dublin City Council with regard to social housing schemes affected by pyrite at a number of locations.
