850 Deputy Pat Deering asked the Minister for Health the action he is taking to alleviate the shortfall of speech and language therapists in Carlow/Kilkenny in view of the fact that there are more than 650 young persons waiting, average waiting time 19.5 months and one case waiting 39 months..
