Ceist:117 Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will confirm that a letter issued to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal dated 27 January 2006 and signed by a person in his Department was a truthful and honest position at that time; if he stands over the contents of the letter; if there was a number of breaches of said lease at that time; if there were any rental arrears at that time; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
