198 Deputy Tom Hayes asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if she will confirm if the Office of the National Director, Children and Family Services, Health Service Executive, has introduced a customer charter for the policies and systems that have been introduced for dealing with the adoption files transferred from the Sacred Heart Adoption Society, Cork and if the charter be made available to the public; and if she will make a statement on the matter. 199 Deputy Tom Hayes asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if she will confirm that the Office of the National Director, Children and Family Services, Health Service Executive, the policies and systems that have been introduced for dealing with the adoption files transferred from the Sacred Heart Adoption Society, Cork, to the HSE are discriminatory to adopted persons who are trying to access their file on the basis of the age of the adopted person, the age of the natural mother and the health of the adopted person; and if she will make a statement on the matter. 200 Deputy Tom Hayes asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 572 of 1 May 2012, if she will facilitate the transfer of the adoption file from the Regional Adoption Service in County Cork to the Regional Adoption Service in County Waterford in view of the fact that this is the Health Service Executive region in which this person resides; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
