220 Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Education and Skills the total number of retired primary and second level teachers who have retired on or after 1 February 2009 and who are currently on his Department’s payroll and being paid by payable order; the number of these awarded the salary increase of 2.5% payable from 1 September 2008; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
