Amharc ar fhreagraDespite a thorough search of our records we have no trace of an application for disability allowance from the person concerned having being received in the Department. On foot of your recent representations, which included a copy of the relevant disability allowance application form, a decision will be made in this case and the person notified in writing of the outcome in due course.
