462 Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if there is a standard planning site notice that must be used by town and county council planning authorities; the avenue available to those who do not believe that a correct site notice was used when an application for planning permission was granted and when the site notice was not identified due to the use of a different format site notice; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Under article 19(1)(a) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 the required site notice in relation to a planning application must be in the form set out at Form No. 1 of Schedule 3 to the Regulations or "a form substantially to the like effect". Where the site notice does not comply with article 19(1)(a), the application will be invalidated by the planning authority in accordance with article 26 of the Regulations.
