686 Deputy John Deasy asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will provide details of the total expenditure by his Department on providing services through the Irish language in each of the past five years. [31636/12]

It does not maintain separate definitive costings on providing services through Irish, particularly in relation to the cost of internal staff time. The table is in respect of the translation and advertising costs associated with the provision of services through Irish.
