93 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection when arrears of rent supplement are likely to issue in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare whose rent support was terminated; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [32935/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe rent supplement payment for the person concerned was temporarily suspended while the Department established his earnings in relation to the recently obtained part time employment. As this information has now been provided, the entitlement has been reinstated and all outstanding arrears have been paid.
