55 Deputy Billy Timmins asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding medical expenses in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34159/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the medical expenses claim that was made by the person concerned for 2011 has been reviewed. As the person concerned did not pay any tax for 2011, no refund is due in respect of this medical expenses claim.
