123 Deputy Dessie Ellis asked the Minister for Finance if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a company (details supplied) in Dublin 9 have not paid PAYE, USC and other charges and taxes for some employees but were deducting these charges from their pay. [35290/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that, for reasons of taxpayer confidentiality, the Revenue Commissioners are not in a position to comment on the tax affairs of the company mentioned by the Deputy, other than to say that the Deputy can be assured that the matters raised by him will be examined.
