Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Justice and Equality in respect of the Garda station on Harcourt Street, Dublin, the reason the station was not vacated and handed over in accordance with the terms of the contract; if he will confirm that temporary accommodation for the complement at Harcourt Street was available or could have been made available; and the reason this accommodation was not used.
