1375. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Agriculture; Food and the Marine if he will supply a list of all Labour Court recommendations that have been issued in respect of his Department and organisations under his aegis that have not been complied with in full; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am satisfied that any Labour Court recommendations issued in respect of my Department have been complied with. With regard to organisations under the aegis of my Department, it would be a matter for the Deputy to enquire from the bodies themselves as to the status of any Labour Court recommendation in respect of those agencies.
