Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Health if the recommendations of the report into the circumstances pertaining to the death of a person (details supplied) in County Louth were implemented in full; if any of the decisions announced by the Health Service Executive recently with respect to cuts in agency staffing and overtime hours compromise the implementation of these recommendations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
